In 2015 Merville Organics grew from two farms into a growers’ co-operative with five farms in the Comox Valley. To support the marketing and promotion of the new co-op and their expanded CSA, an updated logo was needed. Key concerns were retaining the agricultural feel of the old logo, readability, and ease of reproduction on posters, banners and print materials. The logo redesign includes three different orientations to suit market tent banners or produce labels. The garlic, squash and arugula leaf have brought forward the original selection of vegetables from the previous logo, representing the variety of seasonal vegetables available from Merville Organics.
